Stuffed Bell Peppers Recipe

Preheat oven.
Slice each of the bell pepper in half. and carefully remove the white ribs and seeds pods.


Place peppers on the deep pan
Seasoning lightly, salt and ground black pepper. Drizzle 2 tbsp olive oil and broil.

after 10-12 minutes and take from oven lightly roasted peppers set aside and let cool.

Mix together ground beef and pork, rice, salt, ground black pepper, parsley, oregano, eggs Basel, Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese.

Stuff peppers with meat mixture. 
Place on top of each portion of stuffed pepper slice of tomato.

once all the peppers are filled add 1 cup of white wine (or 1 cup chicken broth).

Bake in preheated oven 425 F degree.25-30 minutes.

 1/4 cup ground Parmesan cheese;

 1 Tbsp chopped fresh oregano;
------------------------------------------------
 2 Tbsp parsley chopped;
------------------------------------------------
 6 large leaves of Basel chopped;
